Return Policy: 1. To return one or more articles: write us to barbarianswords@gmail.com using your order number and full name, and explain us which is the problem.
2. Please bear the postal cost of return, unstamped return packages can't be accepted. In justified cases (damaged or wrong item) you will of course get reimbursement.
3. Return of goods has to be within 14 days after receiving your order.
4. Please pack your return well. If possible use the package you received your order in. Damaged or lost return items can't be exchanged or refunded.
5. Textiles have to be unworn and unwashed.
6. Audio and video recordings have to be still sealed.
7. Please do not accept a damaged delivery from the carrier.
